Our customer support team is available from Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST and will typically respond within 24 hours.

Just a note: this is our business contact address only. We exclusively ship to the United States only.
3. Do you have a physical storefront?
Not at this time — All Fashion operates entirely online, which helps us keep prices competitive while shipping nationwide.

1. When will my order arrive?
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Shipping time: 6–12 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Total estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on your location
Every order includes tracking — you'll get an email with your tracking details as soon as it ships.
2. Is shipping really free?
Yes! Every order within the United States comes with free standard shipping.
3. Where do my orders actually ship from?
Even though All Fashion is headquartered in the United Kingdom, our products are fulfilled and shipped through a network of international logistics partners and warehouses.
So your order's shipping origin may not match our U.K. business address — it could be fulfilled and shipped from an international fulfillment center.
4. How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also visit our "Track Order" page anytime to check your shipment's status in real time.
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel within 5 minutes of placing your order, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet.
6 My product arrived damaged or defective — now what?
Get in touch within 48 hours of delivery at support@allfashion.com with a short description and a few photos of the issue.
Returns and Refunds

1. What's your return policy?
You've got a 30-day return window from your delivery date. Items need to be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
2. How do I start a return?
- Email support@allfashion.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will take a look at your request.
- Once approved, you'll get a Return Form along with instructions.
- Ship your package using a carrier that includes tracking.
One thing to keep in mind: returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. How long does a refund take after I return something?
Once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection:
- You'll get an email confirmation
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days
Your refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take a bit longer to show up on your statement.
