Welcome to All Fashion, Placing an order with us means you're agreeing to the return and refund terms below.
These terms apply to orders placed by customers in the United States.
Return Window
You've got 30 days from the date your order arrives to kick off a return. Once that window closes, we're unfortunately not able to process requests — no exceptions.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item should be:
- In its original or close-to-original condition
- Free of heavy wear, damage, or missing parts (unless the issue was on us)
We reserve the right to decline items that show significant use, visible damage, or missing components.
What Qualifies for a Return
We'll accept your return if it fits one of these situations:
- Your item arrived damaged
- You got the wrong item
- The size or fit didn't work out
How to Start a Return
- Get in touch with us— email support@allfashion.us with your name, order number, and the reason for your return.
- Fill out the return form — we'll send one over for you to complete and pack in with your return.

- Ship with tracking included — this part isn't optional.
- Share your tracking number with us once it's on the way.
Pack your items carefully — original packaging works best. Keep in mind: any package that arrives without a completed form or without trackable shipping will be sent back.
How Returns Can Be Sent
Mail is the only option for returns. We're not able to accept drop-offs, kiosk returns, or any kind of in-person handoff.
Who Covers Return Shipping
- Our mistake (damaged or wrong item): We'll cover the shipping cost
- Changed your mind or need a different size: Return shipping falls on you
- No restocking fees, ever.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Wrong
Take a look at your order as soon as it arrives. If anything's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, reach out right away so we can get it sorted quickly.
Exchanges
We're happy to offer an exchange when:
- Your item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- You need a different size
To get started: email support@allfashion.us. If you're looking for the quickest turnaround, we'd suggest returning your original item and placing a new order once your return has been confirmed.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we'll follow up by email to confirm whether your refund is approved.
Once approved:
- Your refund goes back to the original payment method
- It takes us up to 10 business days to process on our end
- Your bank or card provider may need a bit more time before it shows up in your account
